Hi Tom and Zuiks,

   re: the OM-3(Ti), have you adjusted the viewfinder dioptric
correction (knob just left of the hot shoe)? I'll admit that it does
take some getting used to after the OM-1 and OM-2 metering displays. I
noticed that my eyes would "compensate" somewhat for the image in the
finder, particularly at mid to distance, but were very unforgiving of
the viewfinder metering display of the OM-3(Ti) and OM-4(Ti).

   re: the 40mm f/2, I generally use it with the aforementioned hood,
but have on occaision used it without, and have not noticed a difference
in flare or aberations. A truly wonderful little lens, worth every penny
of the $25 I paid, and then some.

   Another topic for the List: I've just about completed the compiling
of my darkroom safety survey of this and several other user mailing
lists and will post the results soon.
