Hi Keith,
I do not see anything in my post suggesting we restrict trades, swaps are in
your words exchanges.
If a list member has some items he no longer needs and wishes to trade for
something he wants - fine.  I am sure no one on this list including me would
object.

This is an international list and bank charges on foreign currency is a big
problem, at least here in the UK. I'm not too keen on sales in sterling
either, as the money tends to
disappear into the household bills.
