I know I have dinged the corner of my camera quite hard into granite
rock while climing up some water falls in the New Hampshire White
Mountains. I thought for sure I would see a big dent in the corner. The
metal did not show anything. The paint scratched, but not the metal. I
said to myself, "Thank Thah Lordah for that titanium base plate."
