  I would not be suprised if the focussing accuracy of
the 2000 stayed intact over the life of the camera. In
a stripdown report in PopPhoto the mirror cage was die
cast metal, unless the camera suffers impact and
assuming it was assembeled right at the factory...
what would cause the lens flange/film rails/mirror
angle&position/screen surface relationship to go out
of spec? Cosina seems to have produced a reasonabley
good, simple body. I am suprised it can be sold for
what ammounts to about $50 1975 dollars.
