Try a step ring to convert to a 52mm diameter, then put on a Nikkor lens
cap. Together they have enough depth to them to clear the front
element. I bought a 18mm Zuiko with this arrangement. Since those
lenses share the same lens cap, it should work. You will probably have
to unscrew the step ring to prevent vignetting (which you don't on the
18mm).
