Mine sure does; I just checked again (I knew about the mirror, but wasn't
sure about the aperture). However, the mirror only goes about half way up
while the self-timer does its thing; it only moves the rest of the way when
the camera actually fires. I wonder why it does not go up all the way in the
first place, but I guess Oly must have had _some_ reason for it. Does the
mirror act the same way in a 4 / 4T? My 4 is at John's for CLA, so I can't
check right now.
