[OM] No OM3/Ti self timer??

Browsing the web information on the OM3/Ti cameras, I didn't see a self 
timer. Is there one? No mirror lockup either? Maximum manual mode 
exposure of 1 sec?? Tell me again why this camera is so expensive??
