Yup, sorry about that. I'm still mucking around with my scanner and the
initial scan at various resolutions does change the filesize. However,
after editing in Photoshop (colour/sharpness correction and copyright)
the filesize bloats and I can't seem to get it any smaller.

No actually. Personally I prefer the digital one too :-). However as you
have
probably figured out, they are of different tulips anyway. The results of
the
Olympus C-2000Z digital is quite unexpected and remarkable. Everyone I've
shown
the results to are completely surprised that digital cameras have gone so
far.
Still, there's lots silver halide and dye can do that consumer digital
can't.

I took that shot myself :-)...so my arm can only reach out so far. It's an
MGF. However, I can honestly tell you, don't get an MG...I've been having
problems with it from day 1. With extra $$$ I think I'm going to trade it
in for the Alfa Romeo Spyder.
