You have to either wait patiently for the wind to die down, use a fast shutter
speed, or flash. The latter two soltions have definite disadvantages. Just think
of it like this, wildlife photogs sit in blinds for hous on end waiting for the
right shot, so macro flower shooters should also suffer for their art. It's a
Zen experience. Who knows what self discoveries you'll have while waiting for
the wind to die down. More practically, try shooting in the mornng and becoming
familiar with the times of day when wind is least. Here in Colorado, for
instance, yuo can almost neve shoot in the aternoon. If it were easy everyone
would be doing it!
