[OM] Updates to my OM Lens Ebay History Page

I've compiled another round of EBay history prices for Olympus Lens
Auctions through July 9.

Stats: May 9, 1999 to July 9
Auctions that made reserve: 261
Auctions not meeting reserve: 37

I've pulled out auctions that might skew the numbers, like a fixer-upper
lens that went for $15 or something.
