[OM] T 45 battery

Where is possibly to get battery (pack) for T 45? Which replacement
for original battery can be used? If will be adverised the T 45 new in
box  will be the battery attached or it is necessary to check at
first? It is possibly to use any other charger than original from
Olympus?
