[OM] Best independent book on the OM4???

What is the best independent technical/technique book(if any) on the 
OM4--that would discuss via examples and detailed explanation such things as 
follows:

      *    Spot metering 

      *    Hi Light/Shadow metering

      *    Fill flash in daylight

      *    Low light techniques

     Was there a thorough VISION AGE article on the OM4 also?
