Hallo! Any idea how long these things tend to last? There's one in my
OM1n, which I don't know the age of. On two occasions, when I gave my
siblings the camera, they forgot to turn the meter off, the buggers! So,
on two seperate days, it was left ON! (with cap on lens) for at least 6
hours! Boohooo. It was only pure coincidence that I went to my table and
saw the meter left on before going to sleep. I don't want to be stranded
when I'm out shooting with a dead battery. And now that I've heard Hg
cells are banned in UK too, I was wondering if that Canadian place still
had Hg cell packs for sale?
