They are different properties of the same technique. TTL=Through The Lens
indicates that the built-in sensor is not used but instead the light
entering the lens; OTF=Off The Film indicates how it is measured: not
directly, but indirectly reflected by the film. The official full name of
the technique is called TTL Auto and sometimes TTL "OTF" Auto.
