Hi Siddim:
Quite simply, the OM bodies are lightweight and do not fully dampen harmonic
vibrations from shooting with long lenses when the camera is mounted on the
tripod. The center of balance to too far forward. Solutions include using
lenses with tripod collars or tripods with telephoto lens stabilization arms.
