Yes, you can.

There are three pins. One is common, another is for +200VDC, the third is
for +6VDC. I don't have the pin map handy, but it has been posted in the
past -- look in the archives.

I've taken a DC-AC power inverter and coaxed it into supplying 200VDC by
re-winding the primary of the transformer. In Poland, it would be even
easier, since your inverters will be starting with over 300VDC -- you may
be able to simply supply the input with less voltage -- probably 9VDC input
will do it.

Sadly, no. I built mine out of Molex pins and silicone caulk.
