Subject: [OM] Is the non-MD OM-1 considered "rare"?

I just found a new web site that is Specializing in Olympus
Equipment (no, not the "dude", this place is in Elmhurst, IL),
I looked at their camera listings, which is quite extensive
in comparison to others. Their prices seemed to be reasonable.
But they have an "OM-1 w/o MD (RARE)" listed with a $375 price
(condition is said to be 10/10, for comparison, a 10/10 OM-2n
is listed for $295).

My question: Is the non-MD version of the OM-1 so rare that it
commands a premium price now (sort of like the M-1)? Should I
put mine in the bank vault?
        -Dan
