Yes, this is a great lens. It was made by Kino Precision, which also
released same lens under its own brand: Kiron 105mm F2.8.
Beforehand, the Series 1 macro was a 90mm F2.5 (1:2), which usually
sold with a dedicated 1:1 macro adapter. This lens was made for Vivitar
by Tokina, and despite a negative comment or two it got here recently,
it's a lens that is almost universally lauded.
