Nope, call Mulder. He'll attribute it to alien invasion. But Scully would
give you the logical hypothesis. Perhaps the cement liquified (like from
sitting on a dashboard in a closed car) and now has mold growing on it. Or it
is lubricant which was washed into the lens when the thing was submerged.
