[OM] M. Quartz Remote Controller 1 Instructions

I bought one of these neat devices used a while back, but have not been
able to locate the instructions for it; Oly doesn't seem able to supply
even a copy. I'd appreciate it if one of you who has the booklet would
make me a copy - I'll be happy to reimburse copy & mail cost.
