[OM] Olympus IS-3 DLX 35-180 w/G40 - opinions? advice?

Hi Folks,

I wonder if you might shed some light on something?  I was offered an
Olympus IS-3 DLX 35-180mm w/G40 Auxiliary Flash recently.  What do you
think of the unit and and what would be a fair price in EX+ condition?
