I have the OM1 and the 24 2.8, and if I were you I would grab the OM 1
first..and add the lens later. The OM 1 is a beauty of a camera. I have been
literally in love with my 1976 OM2 MD for many years, but I still marvel at
the "feel" of my '75 OM 1 MD...the engineering behind that small little
package and the tactal joy it imparts is as wonderful today as it was in the
early seventies. I have yet to pick up a newer camera that makes me feel the
same.
