IMHO, the main problem with zink-oxide cells for the photographer
is not their longevity, but their "setup time". IOW, once unsealed,
zink-oxide cells may take up to 30 minutes to reach their normal
output voltage. IMHO, if your in-camera battery dies on you in the
middle of the shoot, a 30 minutes work delay is unacceptable, esp.
if your shoot depends on available light, or on other people (e.g.
weddings).
