The list price of the OM-4Ti is 180,000 yen for body only. The street price
in Japan is 140,000 yen or less, I think.
When I bought my 85mm/2 new in Japan, I found out that the warranty that
came with it was for domestic purposes and I needed to go to the Olympus
Service Center at the Olympus Plaza to get a worldwide warranty. There they
did not have a worldwide warranty form for the lens, and I needed to have it
mailed. They said that they have the worldwide warranty form for the camera
body on hand.
I don't know whether the store like Yodobashi which must sell a lot of
camera bodies to foreigners have worldwide warranty forms on hand.
