In the US atleast, the ES-10 comes with the 35mm adapter only, The APS adapter
is an option  costing an additional $175.  I would gladly special order the
Centurion S at that price as well as any item in the Olympus Catalog (Digital
Vision included).

I am currently selling the Parallel  ES-10 for $439 and the SCSI version for
$489.00 SCSI version does NOT come with a SCSI card.
