I agree. I have a Beattie on one body and a 2-13 on another. Personally, I
find the Beattie slightly better. I think I'm in the minority; I've heard
others say the 2-13 has a better 'aerial image' and is easier to focus.
OTOH, I wear glasses and am left-eyed to boot, so who am I to say <g>
