A couple of months ago I saw two copies in two diffent stores here in
the Netherlands.
They were more or less 'behind the counter', so when you're lucky,
maybe they're still there...
When you're interested, send me your e-mail address and I will send you
the names and telephone numbers (the e-mail reader my company forces me

(*) or, rather, "Klotus Notus" as me and my colleagues refer to this
