Hi Teemu:

Using extension tubes with a floating element lens is difficult. You
generally have to use the lens' helical focusing, which then changes the
floating element spacing from the optimum setting for closest focusing.

At f/16, a floating element design's performance will be lost to diffraction
effects. I'd go with the 28 mm f/2.8, but must admit that I have no published
data or practical experience to back this up. (I just thought I'd offer some
input since no one did).
