Hi Ele,
A couple of questions?
What is the subject you are metering on for your test?  Are you mixing spot
and average meter readings?  Because of the different focal lenths, the meter
will read a different area with the 50mm than the 200mm.  Try a test again on
a large "medium tone" subject ie. side of a house, with very even light.
Do you have a filter on one of the lens?
