Hello Olympians,

in an article, in 9/97, Color Foto tested the Shutter accuracy
of expensiv, manual focus, camera bodys. The only body with an
all mechanical shutter was the OM-3Ti, that´s why I haven´t
included there results in this table.
Olympus promised not to much, when they claimed an shutter
accuracy within 1/4 stop. That´s more than enough accuracy, even
for slide film.

Speed Deviation in stops
1/2000s +0,23
1/1000s +0,22
1/500s +0,20
1/250s +0,18
1/125s +0,14
1/60s 0
1/30s -0,08
1/15s -0.15
1/8s -0,16
1/4s -0,19
1/2s -0,15
1s -0,17

Richard
