Hello Omer.
The adapters you are referring to do exist, but are rather hard to be
found. And unfortunately you will hardly ever find one under that
fabulous $20 price you paid for the bellows. Maybe it would be easier
to take a cheap extension tube or 2x converter and try to take the
female OM-mount of that and epoxy it to your bellows. An old body
mount would do fine as well for this purpose.

80 and 135 macro lenses have normal OM-mount. So do new (automatic) 20
and 38mm macro heads. Older 20 and 38 macro heads used an adapter,
called PM-Mtob (could that mean photo-micro microscope-to-bellows ???)
which converts from normal microscope thread to OM-mount. These
adapters cost $60-75 used!!
