Continuing in our grand tradition of taking jokes (and such) and interpreting
them oh so literally:
I take my dog to help protect the car and contents. The dog carries a pannier
on the trails, but it has stuff like water, first aid supplies, and other
nontangibles in it. Dogs walk into everything and roll in streams, so the
gear stays on me! (I once had to fetch the lost panniers out of 5' deep snow
bank.)
There is a guy named Steve Smith who publishes landscapes of Nevada and Utah.
He uses llamas. But he also uses 4 x 5" equipment, so this is non OM content.
I guess the previous paragraph is also non OM, other than the fact you don't
see me carrying non OM stuff. That is the job of my gal - I'll call her:
Canon FD. Her neck has been killing her ever since she has seen me with my new
used featherweight 35-70 f/3.5~4.5 Zuiko. (There - OM content). She is
talking about getting a horse again! I caught her eyeing the panniers, also.
