Hi Guys! You may want to try a Vivitar 28-210mm/3.5-5.6 with macro! It is
only 4.5inches long, collapsed, and weighs 14.5 ounces. We used it in Costa
Rica in the rain forests and with Agfa 400 speed color film it did wonders!
Will focus down to about five feet. Front glass  is 72mm! Paul.
