The recent thread about making a calendar in the mailing list was actually
due to the exhaustion of this calendar (AFAIR). I believe some people in
this group will be interested in getting a copy for the posting cost.
Unfortunately, I am the only OMer around here, in Turkey. My friends would
not pay 12.20 for a calendar, but posting would be much cheaper within
the US.
