Against the comon belive, lithium cells have a smaller capacity than
silver oxid ones.

Lithum button cells DL1/3N have a typical capacity of 160mAh, but a
Silver oxid button cell possess a typical capacity of 180mAh.

Some more facts:

Cell type Nominal V. Rated V. Cutoff V. Load Ohms

Silver x2 1.55 x2 = 3.1 ? 1.2 x2 = 2.4 1500
Lithium 3.0 3.2-3.3 2.0 2700

The electrical propertys of both are not the same and therefore only
limited compatible.
Silver has a lower starting voltage and a higher end voltage than
lithium. The voltage of silver oxide cells is more constant.
The internal resistance of silver oxide cells is lower, they can deliver
a higher current without voltage drop.
