Mmmmmm, yum!!  KC style barbecue is my favorite.  But, fortunately, I 
like almost all styles of barbecue because I think I'm gonna see all 
kinds of barbecue.  Can't wait.  Yes, Bill, Texas style too.  But there 
I have a tough time choosing between barbecue and Tex-Mex.
