I agree with Chuck about the direct sunlight . . . it's harsh in some of
them. Don't recall you mentioning any filters . . . the asian skin tones
in the B/W are rendering a very pale gray, and in some of the shots with
high key background almost gets lost save for the black hair. Seems to
work better to my eye when the background is more keyed down to a mid-tone
(between hair and skin tones to keep from losing the hair) . . . allowing
the subject skin tones to "come forward" toward out of the photo to the
viewer. Not a problem in the color ones.

I like #22 . . . try cropping some off the right to reduce the magnitude of
washed out area . . . try turning it into a vertical with slight amount off
left too (very slight) and get the profile nearly filling the photo . . .
which is what I believe you intended. As someone else already mentioned
the unnumbered one with the "bride" in background slightly out of focus is
interesting.

#15:
Has an interesting, very natural pose (casual and quite at ease), nice
smile, good light angle and I like the camera POV on it from the short side
(side with shadows falling across the face instead of the highlighted side)
. . . gives it a sense of dimension . . . and the hair is highlighted . . .
softened lighting would improve it (IMO) . . . . also the background is
mid-tone on the sides with a black swatch . . . and very high key in the
middle that from a distance (thumbnail) is crowning the top of her head . .
. the mid-tone sides if extended all the way across (IMO) would be a better
background . . . or at least without the very high key area above her head.

Very photogenic subjects.
