Obviously, you should upgrade to all 4Ti and 3Ti bodies. They have built-in
adjustable diopters; so you can set for what works best for you.
How far do you sit from the VDU? The screen on most OMs seems to have an
apparent distance of about 4-5ft. I need + correction closeup, nothing
for reading, and - for about 3ft and beyond. (Normally I don't wear glasses
at all.) I use a -1 for my old (camera) bodies sometimes. You might try
a +1. The main problem with Olympus diopters is that they fall off so
easily.
