I am guilty of empirically determining the no parallax point for a lens or two
in case I want to shoot a pano with a near element. It is a tad painful.
Anything close is good enough usually with the fancy stitching software.
This site is great and does all the work by calculating it.

Click on the "P" and that is the distance in mm from the front element not the
front of the les body. Don't forget to use the zoom feature for the proper FL
of a zoom lens. Easy peasy and has a zillion lenses including MZ Oly lenses.
