Don't try to slip a coating error by Moose writes:

the ID ring is G.Zuiko and the serial number is 208187, an early, single coated
lens.
Well, at least the discussion is 100% on topic. Talking about nice 50's, the
OMZ 50/2 macro has a nice rendering and better bokeh than most. I suspect it
is a bit pricey these days. The guy may not have the encyclopedic knowledge
(or massive selection of vintage lenses) of Simon Utek. I do like walking
around with the Voigtländer Nokton 40mm F1.2 and perhaps there is something
about 40mm. I am not sure.
