The slow clouds landscape is nice. It would be cool to see another shot of the
same view, using OM-1 Live ND function, maybe ND8 and ND16, f4, 20mm. Hmmm,
I've got an ND8 filter around here . . . Project for another time.
The trouble is with too much light the slowest simulated SS is limited by the
actual SS. One needs to get to 1/2 sec to have a 30 sec equivalent exposure
with ND 64---6 stops. That was not possible. I found out the hard way one day
and broke down and read the manual. There is a firmware limit of max SS to
each ND.
Breakdown of the fastest shutter speeds available depending on the Live ND
setting:
- ND2 (1EV): 1/60 s
- ND4 (2EV): 1/30 s
- ND8 (3EV): 1/15 s
- ND16 (4EV): 1/8 s
- ND32 (5EV): 1/4 s
- ND64 (6EV): 1/2 s
- ND128 (7EV): 1 s
Sometimes a pol is all that is required. One can combine a real ND filter with
the simulated ones to save time. I was hoping you would like it. The straight
shot is a tie with it, IMO, but I wanted the more deliberate composed shot to
be better.

We're a flexible household. The 12-60 fits in my hiking carrying case and the
12-100--no go.
Have a great time.
