This gallery made me more consciously aware of something I've sorta noticed in many of your trip galleries. The street
art you capture is often, to me, better art than the stuff you capture in museums.
This one particularly caught me attention because of some of your photos. your city visits have a sort of personal
documentary quality, which I enjoy.
OTOH, to what extent due to your good "eye" and what due to luck, it's hard to
say, but some are true art.
Coffee and cigarette, is close to classic. Remove the pic of the coffees on the left and it's a perfect photo. There are
millions of perfect photos, but they stand out from the gazillions of pix out there. Any gallery or museum should be
proud to display a largish print of this.
Bar Electricitat is also excellent. Again, luck with the body language and expressions or timing on the part of the
photographer?
Social life, Rambla de Badal is another great capture.
Congrats!
Also, the wavy wall painting in Street art, Santa should be in a museum.
There's another image lurking in the Murcia gallery, the lower left part of Do not steal the flowers, that tickles my
eyes. Straighten, crop to put the lilies almost in the corner, and it's a great found still life.
Happy Eyes Moose
PS: I hope Monica's adventure in Barcelona is a great one!

My daughter has just started a new job in Barcelona, and I went up there this
weekend to help with some practicalities. Of course, I also walked around a
bit, but it was definitely not a tourist visit. So no photos from Sagrada
Familia or the Rambla or the old city. Instead, I was mostly in the residential
area called Sants, with a brief excursion to Barceloneta with my friend Lluis,
to have lunch at Bar Electricitat, a place other LUGgers have visited as well.
So have a look at the parts of Barcelona where the people of Barcelona actually
live:

As always, comments and critique are welcome and appreciated.
