Mr. Octo image is the winner.
They are quite smart critters and well-known escape artists. Not too long
after "Inky" escaped a NZ aquarium down a drain back to the sea, an octopus
gave the keepers in the Boston aquarium fits. Fish were disappearing in some
tanks w/o a trace. They finally caught the culprit octo on surveillance. He
waited for the handlers to leave and was able to finagle a hatch open, sneak
out for a midnight snack, reenter his abode and cover his tracks.
