[OM] New version of Focus Magic--6.1

Uses pattern matching and not deconvolution except for motion blur.  It is 
slower than topaz with 128 GB ram.  I should probably update my GPU driver at 
least for Topaz.  Anyone try it? I am not sure I am happy I upgraded as ver 5 
was faster and more controllable. I may have chosen the wrong images.
