In my early photographic days I lusted for a Fujica. Why? because the advert
that ran in the youth magazines said : The camera with the longest strap in
the world …
Of course we noticed. It was deriding the superlatives used by the competition,
and we liked it, to the point I remember it while I have forgotten the Leica,
nikon and canon adverts of the time …
