I wonder if the previous owner ever did 1300 in a day with this E-400. :)

I certainly didn't. Original owner Piers can speak for himself.

The thought crossed my mind as I was in the last mile of my ten mile
hike whether there were any other Kodak sensor'd cameras that took as
many pictures anywhere else in the world that day.

I can't imagine.

I don't think I've gone much over 400 in a day.

How does one deal with 1300? One of the things I've been doing while staying at home is revisiting trips I've not really finished processing. In Spring, 2017, we were in Bhutan for 14 days. I took 5551 shots, 396 per day. But that's not really right, as a fair number are multiple burst exposures for focus bracketing. The amount of time keywording, selecting and processing the 568 currently in the gallery was considerable. I'm guessing that, if I ever finish the gallery for that trip, it's going to be maybe 750 photos.

How many do you suppose will come out of that trip as final photos?
