Cantata Peak and Calliope Mountain. Chugach Mountains. South Fork,
Eagle River. Olympus E-400 with 14-54 lens.
It was a pretty nice day here. Temperatures on the trail were in the
forties. In a week, all the snow on this trail should be about gone,
but it was a wonderfully muddy mess. With the bears coming out of
hibernation and quite hungry, everybody was carrying protection of
some form today.
