ColorEfx Pro has a nifty colorcast removal function that should make a
good dent on it.
Also, in Lightroom, you can easily do a hue-shift to move the blues
over to green. PWP can do it even better as you can click on the
specific color to be adjusted and swing it over to another color.
Three points of that in PWP and it should clean right up.
