A new tropical cyclone is forming over the eastern Bahamas. It is
forecast to become a tropical storm (Humberto) early Saturday, then make
landfall north of Miami. It will then follow the coast northward, returning to
sea north of Jacksonville late Monday. This, of course, is the initial
forecast from NHC.
Just what everyone needs: More rain.
