Spray! Horsetail Falls. Keystone Canyon. Near Valdez, AK. I did have
to climb up a little ways to get this picture. Panasonic DMC-GX85 with
12-32 lens. ISO 200, 32mm, F8, 1/500.
This picture has nearly no processing done to it. It's pretty much
as-is, straight out of camera. Other than reducing and applying
appropriate sharpening for display, there are no other adjustments
performed.
The 12-32 lens is pretty interesting. It's VERY sharp, and actually
quite well behaved. For a bare-bones kit lens that doesn't even have a
focus ring, it's remarkably good. While I will get something
better/brighter/bigger, I think this lens will have a place when I
need something tiny.
Without the AA filter, the GX85 is bonkers sharp. Almost no sharpening
is required.
